Every other month on the 22nd, a new blog will be posted on a specific & pertinent subject in performance psychology.
These blogs will mostly follow the same format of sharing what research and theory offers about certain topics. Readers and followers will also be asked on their experiences and thoughts on these topics which will be included in the blog, creating an immersive and personal reading experience about you

Sources and Resources
You will find the references from blogs in the sources section so you can easily read further into the topic being shared each month.
Other useful resources will also be shared here to make finding information easily accessible.

Social Media
Updates from the blog will be shared on the Pysched to Perform Instagram account via posts and stories.
During the weeks leading up to the blog, short questionnaires will be shared through stories. The answers and results of these will feature in the upcoming blog. To help share awareness and show how common these topics are across musicians and performers
